Henderson Makes Premier League Return

Brentford have announced the signing of Jordan Henderson on a two-year contract.

The former Sunderland apprentice returns to the English top flight following brief spells in Saudi Arabia and the Netherlands with Al-Ettifaq and Ajax respectively.

Henderson spent 12 trophy laden years at Liverpool prior to his spell abroad, winning the Premier League, Champions League, FA Cup, two League Cups, Community Shield, Super Cup and Club World Cup during his time in the North West.

“Jordan has been one of the most influential leaders in modern Premier League years. He will drive standards and be a brilliant addition to the squad” said Brentford head coach, Keith Andrews.
