Ricky-Jade Jones has left Peterborough United upon the expiry of his contract and joined Bundesliga side St Pauli.
The former apprentice spent 13 years with the League One club after joining the Posh academy at the age of nine, going onto score 43 goals in 203 senior appearances.
Discussing the move, Jones said: “I felt the time had come for a new challenge and I’m glad to get this opportunity at FC St. Pauli. I’m looking forward to a very international team, enthusiastic fans and big teams in one of the strongest leagues in the world and want to contribute to a successful season with my ability.”
